He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bladzik and Sallie Bladzik (Bartoszek); his wife Linda Lou Markham; his siblings, Dave Bladzik (Marion), Dennis Bladzik (Lillian), Roger Bladzik and Ruth Niemierowicz (Edward); his parents-in-law, Tom and Esther Markham; and his siblings-in-law, Roger "Pete" Schrader, William Markham, Steve Sandberg and Laura Dummer.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Chelsea; his children, Sallie Miller (Peter), Melissa Gutowski (John), Jennifer Bladzik and Thomas Bladzik (Debbie); his grandchildren, Nicole Ness (Jordan), Joshua Gutowski, Jared Miller, Nolan Miller, Jordyn Lear, Payton Bladzik, Matthew Gutowski, Blake Bladzik, Cameron Lear, Madeline Bladzik, Catryna Lear, Alexys Lear and Pierce Bladzik; his great grandchildren, Mason Miller and Millie Ness; his siblings, Jean Schrader, Joe Bladzik (Dee Dee) and Harriet Sielski (Kenny); his parents-in-law, James, Martha Markham, Kay Markham, Calvin Dummer and Sharon Sandberg; and his close friend Geraldine Leffew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
