He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale R. Cooper and Stella Cooper (Purgiel); his brothers, James E. Cooper and Marshall Dale Cooper Sr.; and his nephew Christopher J. Grabowski.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy; his siblings-in-law, Jim Grabowski of Manistee and Nanette Cooper; his siblings' children, Amber Cooper of Manistee and Jamie Cooper (Annaliese) of Manistee; his brother Richard Cooper of Daytona Beach; and his siblings' children, Marshall Cooper Jr., Lani Fayne Millsap (Jonathan), Corey Cooper, Mary Cooper, Richard Cooper, Heather Cooper and Ryan Cooper.
