He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen T. Duchon and Marian F. Duchon; his grandparents, John, Mary Duchon, Michael and Blanche Kaminski; and his brother-in-law David Rozmarek.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Kott (Kenn), Renee Yorton (Garvin), Erica Thurman (Michael) and Christopher Duchon (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Kenny Kott (Carmen), Kevin Kott (Emma), Emilee Kott (Danny Sully), Natalee Kott, Kaden Kott, Branda Peck (Kevin), Garrett Yorton (Brittney), Olivia Wolf (Quinton), Audrey Thurman, Allison Thurman and Kyler Duchon; his great grandchildren, Kieran, Rowen Peck, Mallory, Madison Kott, Samuel and Gianna Wolf; his wife Judy; his siblings, Jerry (Linda), Steve (Janet), Allan Duchon (Amy), Mary Lou Rozmarek and Sue Espvik (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Ken VanSickle and Cindy Eckhardt (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, Dan requested that donations be made to the Divine Mercy Men's Club.
