He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth J. Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Monterey J. Schneider-Harper; his children, Audra Tompkins (Jad) and Jordan Wheeler (Railee); his stepchildren, Krista Pfund, Steven Harper and Jill Bucholz (Robin); and his sister Lynn Downey (Joe).
