He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter M. Kogut and Angeline S. Kogut (Sanocki); and his siblings, Edmund Kogut and Wanda Barrett. He is survived by: his son Scott Kogut; his grandchildren, Ann M. Standke, Victoria, Blair Kogut, Scotti-Anna Willy (Doug), Kurt and Leeanne Standke; and his close friend Carol Quade. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
