He was predeceased by: his father Maciej Klusowski; his sons, Curt Klusowski and Michael Klusowski; and his sisters, Irene Baginski (Theodore) and Joan Dudek (Stanley).

He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Klusowski; his daughter Cynthia Klukowski (Kevin Marcus) of Wiesbaden, Germany; his grandson Miles Bellmore; and his sister Lillian R. Slowik (Andrew) of Dearborn Heights, MI.. He is also survived by Many loving nieces and nephews.
