He is survived by: his wife Myra Groendal; his children, Eugene Cook Jr. (Carla), Todd Cook (Julie), Michael (Penny), Carmen Cook (Don) and Chad Cook (Brandi); and his siblings, Eunice Ball (Bill), Sharon Lepley, Morey Cook, Dennis Cook (Deb) and Becky Babcock (Joe). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
