He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Johnson (Gauthier); his wife Annabelle; his father Victor Johnson; and his siblings, Victor Johnson (Carol), Mary Pearce (Bill), Betty Townsend (Harry), Joyce Ackerman (Jack) and Rose Harrigan (Bob).
He is survived by: his sister Loretta Sleeman (Jerry); his daughter Diane Arnold (Bob); his granddaughters, Julie Smith (Steve) and Debbie Lummis; and his great grandchildren, Lauren Lummis and Jordan Lummis (Shelby). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Fred's favorite charity was the Homeward Bound Animal Shelter on M-55 in Manistee.
