He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cabot and Grace Cabot (Hawley); his siblings, Lee, Jerry Cabot and Dawn Kramer; and his sister-in-law Sharon Rasmussen of Greenwood, AR..
He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Mary), Keith (Cassie) and Brian (Stephanie); his brothers, David (Kathe) of Manistee and Ken (Wanell) of Manistee; and his grandchildren, Kari Hackman (Dan), Krista Aultman (Tyler), Cory Cabot, Kaylyn Kolesar (David), Levi, Raymond Lanning, Hailey and Hannah Cabot. He is also survived by Nine great-grandchildren; A niece and nephew in Arkansas and their extended families.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee Is (706 Kosciusko St, Manistee, MI 49660).
