He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gielczyk and Margaret "Dolly" Gielczyk (Marzinski); his in-laws, Leonard and Alice Tetsworth; his brother Ronald Gielczyk; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Anderson, Steve Johnson, Al Tetsworth, Gloria Gielczyk and Julie Tetsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tetsworth; his children, Jason Gielczyk (Anne) and Jessica Gielczyk (Dan Schultz); his grandsons, Ty and Eli Gielczyk; his siblings, Carol Anderson, Mary Johnson, Karen Snyder (Phil), Ken Gielczyk (Chris) and Jane Kolanowski (Kully); and his siblings-in-law, Len Tetsworth (Julie), Phil Tetsworth, Tom Tetsworth (Charlotte) and Marilyn Tetsworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, neighbors, and friends.
