He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chick and Martha Chick (Majkszak); his daughter Karen; his brother Marvin Chick (Margurite); and his granddaughter Angela Chick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kucharski; and his children, Joseph (Rosmary), Brian (Mary Lynn), Ronald (Laurie) and Christine Thieman (Thomas). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Jerome's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to Homeward Bound Animal Shelter in Manistee.
