She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; and her granddaughter Faith Winberg. She is survived by: her children, Holly Allison (Vic) and David Winberg (Melanie Powers); her grandchildren, Joel Lehtonen, Michael Lehtonen (Vickie), John Lehtonen (Jennifer), Brian Winberg, Tyler Winberg (Laine), Holly Bishop (Hunter) and Tyler Feenstra (Alexis); her great grandchildren, Julia, Jacob Lehtonen, JoJo Carrera, Wesley Winberg and Delilah Winberg; her brother John Diefenbach (Ardys); her daughter-in-law Jill Winberg; and her brother Dan Diefenbach (Eunice).
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions are asked to be considered in Marie's honor for Trinity Lutheran Church of Manistee and Hospice of Cadillac.
