It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maycee Alene Cox (Manistee, Michigan), born in Greenville, Michigan, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Linda Kuiper, Denise Cox and Alfred Cox; her brother Mason Nielson; and her nephew Emmett Baker.
She is survived by: her parents, Dan Vote and Jaimie Vote (Cox) of Manistee; her siblings, Austin Kuiper of Colorado and Crystal Cole of Vestaburg, MI; and her grandparents, Randy, Sharon Kuiper of Belding, MI, Dave and Correne Vote of Manistee. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to Oak Grove Funeral Home to help with the costs.
