He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Assante. He is survived by: his mother Bethel Assante (Gillispie); his brother Todd Assante; his sister-in-law Amy; his niece Audra; his nephew Dalton Assante; his fiancée Tammy Bauman; and his stepchildren, Ashley Bauman (Timothy McDougall) and Matthew Bauman.
