She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Welch and Dora Welch (Carney); her siblings, Alfred Welch, Larry Welch and Betty Byro; and her granddaughter Julie Meinders.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Carinio, Phillip Wicinski (Stacy), Carrie James, Diane Swan (Kyle) and Jordan Wicinski; and her sisters, Norma Black and Alice Black. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
