He is survived by: his son David (LaMont); his wife Cassandra; his daughters, Lisa Smith (Bobby) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Lexi Lund (Kyle) and Max Rakoski (Alyssa); his sister Jane; his siblings-in-law, George Thomas, Marc, Sue Stepniewski, Philip, Tammy Roskoski and Carole Ludwigson; his niece Debbie; and his nephews, Jason, Jeff, Mike and Matthew.
At Phil's request, in lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to the Ludwigson family at 275 St. Mary's Parkway, Manistee, MI 49660. Any monetary gifts will be donated to a local charity.
