She is survived by: her parents, Jeannie Carver (Gutowski) and Randy Knudsen; her husband Oren W. Fellows; her daughter Avery Irene Fellows; her stepparents, Chuck Carver, Amy Knudsen and Connie Staley; her father-in-law Douglas; her stepmother-in-law Cindy Fellows (Hooker); her siblings, Tyler Knudsen (Shanna), Slade Carver (Miquaela), Sarah Carver (Kyle Ratliff), Samantha Sommer (Dylan) and Sangie Bailey (Ken); her cousin Mark Saugie; and her aunts and uncles, John Gutowski (Sheryl), Elaine Morehouse (Bob), Alice Snyder, Mark Gutowski (Cathy), Robert Gutowski (Debbie), Patty Saugie, David Gutowski (Linda), Rick Knudsen, Tim Knudsen, Lucia and Don Buckley.
