She was predeceased by: her former husband Carl Mallison. She is survived by: her children, Leman Whittaker, Gene Whittaker, Joyce Carlsonhart, Judy Head and Ron Williams; her husband Bill MacKenzie; and her children, Charlene Quade, Carl Mallison, Crystal Mallison, Justin Mallison and James Manues. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
