He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Collins; his cousin Rick Nielsen; his son Andrew (Carolyn Blood); his grandson Franklin; his sister Anne Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Collins, Jean VanOss (Mark), Tina Larson and J. Michael Collins (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Jess, Kate, Jeanne, Becca, Maureen, Emily, Karin, Ellie, Kristin, Kevin, Timothy, John, Ben and Justin.
