He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gustafson; his stepson Joe Hill (Kerry) of Glendale, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Maddie, Joey, Owen and Aidan; his close friends, Annie Saqr, Susan and Lance Neddow; Jessica Shamel and Melanie Neddow.
