He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Crawford and Mary "Irma" Crawford (Caroen); Mary "Irma" Eppel. He is survived by: his wife Diana L. Dermyer; his children, Aaron, Shannon Crawford, Kevin Iffland (Debbie), Keila Kilgore (Brian) and Misty Hunt (Ric); his sisters, Holly Starr and Laurie Waugh (Bill); and his stepfather Jim Eppel. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial donations in Steven's memory may be given to the family for future consideration.
