He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Clark and Barbara Clark; his brothers, Christopher Clark and Charles Clark; and his son Bradley Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Peterson (Eric), Michael Clark (Melissa) and Courtney Clark (Ryan Cobb); and his brothers, Daniel Clark (Gianna) and Brian Clark. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
