With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Swanson of Manton, Michigan, who passed away on March 23, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Swanson and Idella Swanson (Seabolt); and his in-laws, Marjean Crouse, Lavonne Crouse, Robert Blakely and Doug Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Swanson; his daughters, Amie Pifer (Bob) and Angie Mortensen (Chad); his grandchildren, Joe Pifer (Megan), Jake Pifer, Kylie Mortensen and Ashlyn Beard (Luke); his great grandchildren, Robert, Meredith, Lucy and Hank Pifer; and his siblings, Ron Swanson (Lola), Karen Blakley, Greg Swanson and Gary Swanson (Beckie). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Fife Lake American Legion Post 219.
