It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Burk of Maple City, Michigan, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Vance Burk and Marjorie Myrtle Burk (Green). He is survived by: his wife Natalie Lafon Dean; his children, James Burk II (Beverly), Stephen Burk (Kelly) and Kara Lee Burk (Timothy Scheidler); his grandchildren, Erin, Emily, Anna and Rachel Burk; and his stepgrandchildren, Micaiah, Maxwell and Grace Scheidler.
