He is survived by: his wife Kristi Jacobs; his sons, Justin Jacobs (Heather), Constantine and Jason Jacobs (Malea); his grandchildren, Dominick, Carson, Kenadee, Owen, Katie and Logan; his siblings, Terrance Jacobs (Sandra), Constantine, John Jacobs (Cherie) and Bonnie Ferrah (Fred); Alexis, Jayden and Sabrina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
