She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Detwiler and Sylvia Detwiler; and her husband Chester M. Watts Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Chester Watts Jr. (Darlene) and Laura Parman (Tom). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
