He is survived by: his wife Mary Elsey; his children, David Elsey (Bethany), Michael Elsey (Linda) and Debra Burke; his grandchildren, Laura Ramsey (Lonnie), David Jr. Elsey (Megan), Mary Fankhauser (Derek), Nicole Hover (Bradley), Emily Elsey (David Ware) and William III Personette (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Terrisa, Andrea, Michaiah, Emma, Carlos III, Aaron, David III, Nyla, Mena, Aden, Lisa, Jackson and Elliot; his granddaughter Candy Glassford (Will); and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Payton.
