He is survived by: his mother Patricia Butz, Sr. (Twitchell) of Elkhart, Indiana; his significant other Julie Watts; his children, Marie Butz of Marcellus and Mark Butz of Cassopolis; and his brothers, Jeffrey Butz of Constantine, Charles Sullivan of Elkhart and Randall Sullivan of Elkhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
