He is survived by: his wife Judy (Wagner) of Martin's Lutheran Church; his children, Amy Ooten (Michael) and Brent Phillips (Kelly Zidar); his brother Wayne; his siblings-in-law, Georgia Phillips, Michelle Phillips, Jim Wagner (Sharon) and Andrea Adams (Bob); his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Milliken (Chuck), Michael "Bub" Ooten and Dione Ooten; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Rory Milliken; and his goddaughter Erin Clemente (Phillips). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
