She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dakota (Dylaina), Nathan and Madison Hazel; her great grandchildren, Carter and Jameson; her sisters, Kay Moody (George) and Dallas Rusak; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Thorner and Kay Hazel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
