He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Fraley and Evangeline Fraley; his wife Martha Chmielewski; his children, Mark Fraley, Kathy Tobola (Ron) and Christa Fraley; and his brothers, Richard Fraley and Clifford Fraley.
He is survived by : his daughters, Sue Reik (John) of St. Clair Shores, Jennifer Delor (Michael) of China Twp and Jayne Fraley-Burgett (Clifton) of Kalamazoo; his daughter-in-law Debbi Fraley of Marine City; his grandchildren, Peter, Phillip, Brandon, Dana, Carly, Ethan, Jonas, Evangeline, Aiden, Samantha, Jacob, Nichole, Alexis, Vincent and Matthew; and his brother Paul Fraley (Siscily) of Arizona. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
