He is survived by: his children, Amber VanAssche (Tony) of Howell and Billy Jr. Carroll (Tiffany) of Gowen; his grandsons, Matthew Carroll of Gowen and Jackson Carroll of Gowen; his siblings, Dick Carroll (Dorothy), Christine Nielson (Kenny) of Missouri and Donald Carroll (Peggy) of Marion; his mother-in-law Carmen Ritchison of Winter Haven, FL; and his in-laws, Cindy Anderson of Lake Alfred, FL, Rick Ritchison (Cindy), David Ritchison of Iowa and Terri Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
