He was predeceased by: his son Marvin Levine; and his wife Gloria Levine. He is survived by: his children, Laura (Joe Ray), David (Christy Levine), Karen (Craig MacPhee), Richard (Heather Levine), Tom (Keri Levine) and Michelle (Larry McLemore). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, an abundance of great-grandchildren, extended family members, and countless friends.
