We bid farewell to Frank Sheldon Nowland of Marion, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 27, 2025 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nowland, and Carmoneta Nowland, Sr. (McCauley); his former wife Anna Smith; his grandson Anthony James Nowland; and his siblings, Sarah Nowland, Robin Nowland, David Nowland, Cozette Seeley, Robert "Bob" Nowland, Richard Ashby, Darwin Johnson, Gary Nowland and Edward Nowland Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Nowland; his children, Willis Nowland (Charlotte), Thomas Nowland and Angela Gipson (Jason); his stepsons, Dwayne "Dewey" Chamberlain (Trish) and James Henry (Jennifer); and his siblings, Marie Johnson, Shirlene "Smitty" Nowland-Richardson (Roger), Larry Seeley (Sheryl), Carmoneta Romatz (Stan), JoAnn Nowland, Rita Moggo (Glen), Beth Ashby-Hummel (Larry), Suzie Nowland, Carl Nowland (Diann) and Kandi Breininger (Bill). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fosnaught-Holdship Funeral Home (406 E Main St, Marion, MI 49665). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Fosnaught-Holdship Funeral Home or to personal representative, Beth Ashby-Hummel, to be used towards his services.
