He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank E. and Mary I. England (Obrian); and his siblings, James England and Audrey Herber. He is survived by : his wife Grace England of Marion; his sons, Franklin (Mary), Edward (Deanna), Douglas (Cindy), Donald (Robin), Charles (Sandy) and Jerome (Sandra); his grandchildren, Erica (Jason), Hilary (Issac), Tate (Megan), Elizabeth (Mitch), Jacob (Katlyn), Caleb (Mary), Lucas, Alivia, Sara and Emily; his stepgrandchildren, Brianna, Dillion and Katlynn; his great grandchildren, RaeLynn, Summer, Colt, Payton, Ryah, Ellasyn, Walt and Curtis; and his siblings, Margaret Collins, Orlan England (Linda), Molly Green and Gloria Royer (Jim).

Contributions may be made to the family or the St. Agnes Parish.
