She was predeceased by: her father Michael Lazell; her grandparents, Charles, Esther Lazell, Robert and Rhea Dore; her father-in-law Orville Hartsell; and her sister-in-law Jerry Lee Blackledge.

She is survived by: her mother Karen Lazell (Dore); her husband Charles Hartsell; her children, Joshua Lazell, Jacob Lazell and Hollie Hartsell (Paul Little); her stepchildren, Nick Hartsell (Melissa) and Jessica Hartsell; her grandchildren, Hannah Lazell, Kamdyn, Tate Lazell, Rhaena Little, Anastasia, Emmett, Elliot Hartsell and Aloka Hartsell; her sisters, Lisa Zeilinger (Bill) and Kathy Lazell; and her nieces and nephews, Aaron Hesselink, Zachary Hesselink (Bethany), Amber Hesselink, Sarah Davis, Dylan Zeilinger and Kylee Lazell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In keeping with Lora's tremendous love of her grandchildren, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund for a special gift or outing for her grandchildren.
