She was predeceased by: her parents, David Porter and Laura Jean Porter (Cooper); her spouse LD Vanderhoef; her stepfather Ralph Laycock; her granddaughter Sheena Stoner; and her great grandchild Payton Sikkema.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Stoner (Nevin), Kenneth Schemke, Anna Schemke-Bell (Scott), Janice Schemke (Glen) and Tim Peck; her stepchildren, Leslie Vanderhoef and Lenard Vanderhoef (Terri); her sisters, Mary Smith, Katie Dean (Greg) and Heidi Roberts (Scott); her sister-in-law Betty Porter; her brothers, Bill Porter (Jane), Ralph Laycock, Jr. (Gerri) and David Porter, Jr.; her brother-in-law Smitty Smith; her sisters, Laura, Alice and Doris; and her sister-in-law Charlott Laycock. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
