He is survived by: his wife Diana Salisbury; his children, Courtney Rademaker (Nick) and Ryan Salisbury (Cailey); his grandchildren, Olivia Stewart (Brandon), RJ Salisbury, Jax Salisbury, Seby Salisbury, Ella Wilson, Elijah Wilson and Ethan Wilson; his great grandchild Baylor Stewart; his sister Sandra Mosher (Leon); his mother-in-law Juanita Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Godfrey, Dan Johnson, Allen Johnson (Terri), Larry Johnson (Melissa), William K. Johnson (Angela) and Terry Johnson (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving family and friends.
