She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Tidey and Fern Tidey; her husband Doug Helsel; and her siblings, Linda Pashinski and Mike Tidey.
She is survived by: her son Keith (Amy) of Lake City; her granddaughter Emma of Gallatin, TN; and her sister Barb Akers (Tom) of Manton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
