She is survived by: her children, Dave Gollaher (Gail Stella), Judy Burns and Derek Burkhart; her grandchildren, Tennille Bell (Gary), Lance Krider (Shawna), Nicole Loncar, Michael Hughes, Frank Scarcella, Jacob Burkhart (Krista), Raine Burkhart, Kiya Burkhart (Dylan), Brian Burkhart, Cassie Coltson (Shawn), Shauna West (Nathan), Drake Burkhart and Laney Burkhart; her brother Terry Mathis (Bonnie); her children-in-law, Trisha Burkhart and Rodney Krider; and her grandson-in-law Jay Latondras. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
