She is survived by: her husband Jerome Lewis; her daughters, Brittany Lewis (Ryan Martus) and Katelyn Lewis; her grandchildren, Laurie Lynn and Jackie Boegner; her siblings, Cindy McCready and Kevin North (Tami); her nephew Nathan North (Courtney); and her niece Samantha Ruzinsky (Paul).
