It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Chard of Marlette, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ron Chard, Gary LaCross, Bud and Kathy Kasdorf. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Chard (Georgia) and Debra Chard (Kasdorf); his son Andrew "Drew" Chard; his brother Clayton "Bird" Chard (Rachael); and his grandmothers, Kay LaCross, Pat Chard and Linda Werner.
