He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kolomak and Twila Kolomak. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Salowitz; and his children, Robert Kolomak and Kimberly Pape (David). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
