She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Hemming and Dorothy Hemming (Sullivan); her daughter Sherry Ann; her siblings, Judy Memmer, Carmen Fischer, Marilyn Sharp and Angie Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Memmer (Judy), Paul Sharp (Marilyn), Chris Williams (Angie), James "Sonny" and Anna Geister.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Westover Jr. of Marlette, MI; her children, Jeff Westover of Clarklake, MI and Cheryl Tylenda (Westover) of Imlay City, MI; her grandchildren, Bradley Tylenda of Casco, MI and Rachel Tylenda of Macomb, MI; her sister Vida Strother of Monroe, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Al Fisher of Clinton Twp, MI, Madelyn Earl (James Sharp) of Marlette, MI and Vern "Junny" Geister (Eunice). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Chapel (2675 Main St, Marlette, MI 48453). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Beagio's Restaurant.
Memorials may be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which she held close to her heart.
