He was predeceased by: his parents, John Korpus and Catherine Korpus (Kubinski); his wife Barbara Frei; his brothers, John Korpus and Norman Korpus; his sisters-in-law, Marie Korpus and Sylvia Korpus; and his niece Patricia Dubay.

He is survived by: his children, Jamie O'Dell and Raymond Korpus Jr.; his grandchildren, Derek Kutchey, Ian Kutchey and Elizabeth Olsen; his sister Isabel Cox; his nephew-in-law Louie Dubay; and his nieces, Christine and Barbara.
