She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Northrop and Gertrude Northrop (Dowling); her son Chadley Metzer; and her siblings, Irene Wyner and Peter Northrop.
She is survived by: her children, Melisa Metzer (McCombs) and Bradley Metzer (Emily); her daughter-in-law Angela Metzer; her grandchildren, Katrina Nelson (Matt), Alivia McCombs, Dakota McCombs, Luka McCombs, Miranda McCombs, Garrett Metzer, Wyatt Metzer, Emmett "Doc" Metzer, Alexander Metzer, Jacob Metzer, Joshua Metzer and Brenton Metzer; her great grandchild Nash Loper; her siblings, Louise McNary, Diane Kozuch, Jerry Northrop and Hank Northrop; and her close friend Beth Charbeneau.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Marsh Funeral Chapel (2675 Main St, Marlette, MI 48453). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
