She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Walker and Jane Walker; her husband Jim Hamilton; and her daughter Jan. She is survived by: her children, Roger Hamilton (Pam), Susan Blair (Dan), Beth Hamilton (Mark Bedford) and Robert Hamilton (Amy); her grandchildren, Laura, Lee, William, Claire, Megan, Lisa, Sloane, Christina, Emily, Thomas, Natalie, Joseph, Andrew, Noah, Lily, Daisy, Jemima, Gideon and Kezia; and her brother James Walker.
Memorial contributions in memory of Shirley may be made to Marlette Extended Care Activities Department at Marlette Regional Hospital, Charter Senior Living Activities Department in Sioux City Iowa, or either of the churches she attended.
