He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, David (Michelle), Barry (Patricia) and Eric (Jenifer); his grandchildren, Derek (Erin), Aaron (Hannah), Christina Vance (Adam), Kathryn, Kevin (Emily), Sarah Kirkpatrick (James), Lauren Wilson (Brady) and Rachel; and his siblings, Leo (Marcia), Jerry, Nancy Denhof (Jon) and Erwin (Monica). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
