We are sad to announce that, on January 25, 2026, at the age of 81, Roger Joseph Boomgaard of Marne, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Boomgaard and Frances Boomgaard; his siblings, Leon Boomgaard, Ellis Boomgaard and Arlene Poley; and his son Allan Boomgaard.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Boomgaard (Gardeski); his siblings, Dave Boomgaard, Rosemary Schoenborn and Ruth Estelle; his children, Christine Finkler (Dale), Ken Boomgaard (Carmel), Pete Boomgaard (Amy) and Sheryl Crandle (Tom); and his brother-in-law Leon Schoenborn (Butch).
