She is survived by: her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Heather; her grandchildren, Raelynn and Jase; her brothers, Jim (Bobbi Poley), Mike (Michele King), Steve (Jane Schulte) and Tim Poley; her nieces and nephews, Alyshia, Mike, Jimmy, Joe, Krystal, Pat, Deanna, Dylan, Grace, Isaiah, Julie, Chris, Michael, Kelsey, Jestin, Nick, Caitlin and Jake; and her brother Mark Poley. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, a great great niece & nephew.
